Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Siliguri. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain solid relationships with customers, understand their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products. The role includes regularly meeting clients, explaining policy features and benefits, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth onboarding and servicing. The Relationship Manager will follow up on leads, support sales campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policies.



The position also involves achieving assigned targets while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and ethical conduct. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients and build trust.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including experience in meeting targets, handling objections, and closing opportunities.
• Candidates should possess clear communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining complex information in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
• Candidates should possess basic financial understanding and insurance awareness, with the ability to learn product features and regulatory guidelines.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.
