Role Description This is a full time, on-site Electrician / Helper role based in Ludhiana. The position involves assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment on infrastructure and construction sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting licensed electricians with wiring, panel work, and fixtures, handling tools and materials, and following electrical drawings and instructions. The Electrician / Helper will perform basic troubleshooting, report issues to supervisors, and help implement corrective actions under guidance. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards, proper use of PPE,



and compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Strong foundational knowledge of electricity and safe electrical practices.
• Hands-on experience in electrical work, including wiring, installations, and basic panel work.
• Skills in maintenance & repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting for common electrical faults and assist in diagnostics.
• Understanding of basic electrical engineering concepts relevant to infrastructure and construction projects.
• Experience in industrial or construction environments is an advantage.
• Ability to read and follow electrical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Commitment to safety, including use of PPE and adherence to site safety protocols.
• Physical ability to work on-site, including standing for extended periods and handling tools and materials.
• Relevant technical certification, ITI, or vocational training in electrical trade preferred.
• Willingness to work in a team, follow supervision, and adapt to changing project needs.
