We are looking for a skilled CNC-Service & Maintenance Engineer responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC machines. The candidate should ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, commission, and test CNC machines at site
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Troubleshoot CNC controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi, etc.)
• Conduct alignment, calibration, and accuracy checks
• Maintain service records and prepare reports
• Support production team in minimizing downtime
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and service support
• Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed Required

Skills:




• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations
• Experience with CNC controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi
• Basic knowledge of PLC, drives, and servo systems
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork

Qualifications:
• Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Relevant experience in CNC service or maintenance Preferred

Requirements:
• Experience in machine tool industry
• Hands-on experience with VMC, HMC, Turning Centers
• Willingness to travel for onsite service
