Upto ₹45,000 In-Hand + PF + Medical Insurance + Incentives Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Purple United Kids retail store in Sarath City Capital Mall, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to ensure productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper product displays.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.




• Ensure proper billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with the HO team regarding store operations, requirements, and business updates.
• Analyse sales performance and take necessary actions to improve store profitability. Candidate Requirements
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager in retail is preferred.
• Experience in Apparel, Fashion, Kidswear, Footwear, or Lifestyle retail will be an added advantage.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations independently.
• Must be comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
