Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager (Real Estate) will lead marketing strategy and execution for residential projects in Pune. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and implementing integrated marketing plans, overseeing branding and positioning, and managing digital and offline campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales. The person in this role will collaborate closely with sales, project, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with launch timelines, pricing strategies, and customer expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, managing agencies and vendors, supervising marketing collateral and content, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing budgets and channels.



The Senior Marketing Manager will also contribute to customer experience initiatives, events, and site activations to enhance brand perception and strengthen community engagement. Qualifications
• Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, with experience in brand positioning and campaign management for real estate or related sectors.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, social media, email marketing, and marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with offline marketing such as print, outdoor, events, and on-site activation, including coordination with agencies and vendors.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer insights and competitor data, and translate findings into actionable marketing plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, project, and leadership teams.
• Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; prior experience in residential real estate marketing in Pune is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on accountability, data-driven decision making, and ethical, transparent practices.
• Real Estate experience is required
