Experience:
4 to 15 years of supply chain planning experience, with a strict minimum of 3.5+ years of hands-on RELEX configuration experience. Stable career history required (no QA/testing-only backgrounds).

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

• ✅ Core

Skills:
Hands-on experience executing RELEX implementation covering requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional design, testing, UAT ownership, and deployment.

• ✅ Software/Tools: Direct configuration experience inside RELEX Solutions (Demand Forecasting, Replenishment, Inventory Optimization, Allocation). Knowledge of ERP/POS/WMS integration & SQL is preferred.

• ✅ Communication: Exceptional communication and client-facing workshop facilitation skills.
•
• ✅ Logistics: Full time role based in Bangalore, India. ➡️ Position Overview We are seeking an experienced RELEX Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation, functional design,



and configuration of RELEX Solutions for enterprise supply chain operations. In this role, you will conduct client workshops, translate business needs into functional specs, configure core planning modules, and own UAT deliverables through post-go-live stabilization. ? Core Responsibilities
• ✔️ Requirements & Design: Lead functional requirement-gathering workshops and translate client supply chain workflows into detailed RELEX solution designs
• .
• ✔️ RELEX Configuration: Personally configure RELEX modules including Demand Forecasting, Replenishment, Inventory Optimization, Allocation, and Space Planning.
•
• ✔️ Integrations & Data: Coordinate data validation and system integration between RELEX and client ERP, POS, WMS, or merchandising platforms.
•
• ✔️ Testing & UAT Ownership: Act as the functional owner for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment.
•
• ✔️ Go-Live & Adoption: Deliver user training, support change management, facilitate smooth go-live cutovers, and provide post-production stabilization.
