Responsibilities:
• 12+ Years (8+ Years in Oracle SCM)
• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM transformation programs, manage client stakeholders, drive solution design, oversee implementations, and lead large consulting teams to deliver end-to-end Supply Chain solutions.
•

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation and support engagements.
• Drive solution architecture across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, Planning, and Logistics modules.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to define SCM transformation strategies.
• Manage project delivery, governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation.




• Lead requirement workshops, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, data migration, and customizations.
• Mentor and manage Functional Leads, Consultants, and offshore teams.
• Support business development, solutioning, RFP responses, and practice growth initiatives.
• Required Skills
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules.
• Proven track record in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Expertise in Supply Chain business processes and digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience managing large global teams and client stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, delivery management, and consulting skills.
• Preferred
• Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification.
• Experience in consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, IBM, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, or HCLTech.
• MBA/Supply Chain Management certification is an added advantage. Mandatory skill sets: Oracle Fusion SCM Preferred skill sets: Oracle Fusion SCM Years of experience required: 12+ Years Education qualification: Btech /MBA/ MCA/ MTECH /CA
