About the Role
AVN Group is looking for a Process & Controls Executive / Manager who can help document, improve, and strengthen business processes across functions, including Production, Stores, Quality, Purchase, Accounts, Sales, and HR. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Director – Operations to understand how work actually happens, identify operational and financial risks, and implement effective controls using ERP systems, data analytics, AI tools, and automation. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who focuses on preventing errors at the source through system-driven controls rather than adding manual checks, registers, approvals, or manpower. The role will be based at our Madurai factory and office, with regular time spent on the shop floor. Over time, the position will also develop into a broader internal audit and process assurance role. Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements
• CA, CA Inter, CMA, or MBA in Operations or Finance.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in process audit, internal audit, ERP implementation, or process consulting.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to analyse data extracts.
• Practical, daily use of AI tools for analysis,



documentation, or productivity.
• Proficiency in Excel or Python for data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end process mapping, risk assessment, and identifying control gaps.
• Fluency in both Tamil and English.
• A notice period of 30 days or less is preferred. Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• CIA certification or Lean / Six Sigma qualifications.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similar industries.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Experience building dashboards, automations, or system-based controls that reduce manual work.
• Knowledge of Malayalam. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a candidate who:
