Tech Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Company: Leading MNC Employment Type: Contractual Customer Interview: Yes Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Ignition Digital Manufacturing Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Ignition platform, SCADA, dashboard development and manufacturing analytics. The candidate will be responsible for developing Smart Factory applications, interactive KPI dashboards, SCADA/HMI screens and shop-floor solutions to improve manufacturing visibility and operational efficiency. Mandatory Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Ignition platform.
• Robust experience in Ignition Perspective and Vision.
• Hands-on experience in SCADA and HMI development.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards and manufacturing analytics.
• Strong knowledge of OEE and SPC.
• Experience with SQL Server, SQL and Python/Jython.
• Knowledge of Kepware, OPC-UA and PLC integration.
• Experience with MES integration and real-time machine connectivity.
• BE / B.
Tech qualification.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Ignition Perspective applications for Smart Factory, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations.




• Develop interactive dashboards for OEE, Productivity, WIP, Quality, Downtime and Machine Performance.
• Develop SCADA/HMI screens with real-time machine connectivity using PLCs, Kepware, Tags, Alarms and Historian.
• Build quality dashboards covering SPC, Defects, FPY, Rework, Process Parameters and Traceability.
• Develop MES and shop-floor applications for Order Tracking, Operation Status, Digital Work Instructions and Production Confirmation.
• Integrate Ignition with SQL Server, MES, Kepware, APIs and enterprise systems.
• Implement KPI monitoring, trends, drill-downs, alarms, reports and analytics.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, IT and Automation teams.
• Deliver scalable Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory solutions. Technical Skills
