Senior ETL & Data Tester Role Overview We are seeking a Senior ETL & Data Tester with expertise in SQL, Azure data platforms, ETL testing, and data quality assurance. The role focuses on ensuring stable data pipelines, proactive production support, testing automation, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and support daily ETL/data loads across legacy and new environments.
• Perform RCA and resolve production data issues within agreed timelines.
• Design and enhance KPI-based regression testing frameworks for Power BI reports and data pipelines.
• Execute end-to-end ETL testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Automate testing and recurring manual validation processes using Python/power shell.
• Maintain documentation, defects, and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Drive continuous improvements in data quality, testing, and operational stability. Mandatory Skills
• Robust SQL expertise (queries, joins, performance tuning, complex data extractions and validations).




• Hands-on ETL testing and data validation experience.
• Azure DevOps (Mandatory).
• Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Azure Databricks.
• Python for automation, testing, and monitoring (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, debugging, and data quality frameworks. Good to Have
• PowerShell scripting.
• DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Data warehousing concepts and CI/CD exposure.
• Experience in leading the team.
