Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the café team.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and café profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Drive business growth, customer engagement,



and operational excellence.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant/Café Manager in the F&B; industry.
• Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of P&L;, sales analysis, inventory, and cost management.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
