– SAP SD Functional Consultant

Bangalore / Mumbai Work Mode: Work from Client Location – Daily Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA. The candidate should have solid expertise in end-to-end SAP SD implementation, configuration, production support, and cross-functional integration. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SD sub-modules, along with experience in statutory compliance, system upgrades, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
1. SAP SD Implementation & Support
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide hands-on application and production support for SAP SD processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within agreed timelines.
• Support SAP system upgrades and ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA migrations, wherever required. 2. Core SAP SD Expertise
• Configure and manage SAP SD processes, including:
• Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle
• Credit Management
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and API integrations
• Stock Transport Orders (STO)
• Consignment processes
• Revenue Recognition
• E-way Bill and IRN portal integrations
• Third-party sales
• Logistics and Logistics Execution
• Shipment Cost Management
• Handle integration requirements with other SAP modules and external systems. 3. Cross-Functional Integration
• Work closely with SAP MM, PP,



and other functional teams to ensure seamless business process integration.
• Support cross-functional teams during data migration, system upgrades, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, and integration-related issues. 4. Business Process Design & Optimization
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Design and implement business process improvements using SAP tools.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and workflow requirements. 5. Documentation & End-User Training
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and business teams.
• Support business users during testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Mandatory Skills & Requirements
• 6–8 years of experience in SAP SD implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• In-depth understanding of SAP SD configuration and business processes.
• Hands-on experience in OTC processes and SD sub-modules.
• Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, and production support.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with data migration and cutover activities.
• Working knowledge of LSMW and BAPI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
