Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a Google Ads process

Salary:
Up to ₹7 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team supporting Google Ads operations and digital advertising campaigns.
• Drive team performance to achieve productivity, quality, and client KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Analyze reports, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
• Handle client escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.




• Prepare and present performance reports to management. Required

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads products, policies, and campaign management.
• Proven experience in team handling, people management, and performance coaching.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in a Google Ads process.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.
