Role Overview Support the Technical Director in leading solar tracker solutions, project technical support and team development in India. Connect local customer needs with headquarters’ technical resources to strengthen solution competitiveness and local capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Product Insights: Analyze India’s tracker market, competitor offerings and customer needs; recommend product improvements and local adaptations. 2. Solutions&Tender; Support: Lead design review, structural analysis, solution optimization and technical clarification, balancing reliability, cost and installation efficiency. 3. Customer Engagement:Conduct technical presentations and solution reviews with developers, EPCs and consultants; coordinate responses to key technical issues. 4. Local Team Development: Support recruitment, performance management and training; build the Indian team’s independent design, customer communication and project support capabilities. 5. Headquarters Coordination: Coordinate with R&D;, design, product, delivery and quality teams to address local requirements and resolve project issues. 6.
Knowledge Management:



Standardize technical documents and capture project lessons to improve solution quality and team efficiency. Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in solar mounting systems or related industries, including 1 year in tracker R&D;, technical solutions or technical management. Indian market experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tracker design, structural mechanics and materials, with proven design and cost optimization capabilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and SAP2000 or equivalent structural analysis software.
• Strong customer communication, project coordination and technical team leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and functions, with qualified working proficiency in English.
• Candidates based outside India must be available to work in India for a cumulative 4–6 months annually. India-based candidates available for a permanent local assignment are also welcome. 7. Strong ownership, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
