Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design development, and coordination of hospital and medical college projects.
- Develop functional layouts, departmental planning, zoning, and circulation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines, NABH standards, and applicable building regulations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, fire, medical gas, and other specialist consultants.
- Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, GFC drawings, and technical specifications.
- Understand hospital workflows, patient movement, staff circulation, infection control, and clinical adjacencies.
- Lead client presentations, design discussions, and technical coordination meetings.
- Monitor design deliverables, project schedules, and drawing quality.

- Develop residential interior concepts, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and interior working drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, furniture, and custom elements.
- Select materials, finishes, colours, lighting, and furniture.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and interior detailing packages.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design quality during execution.
- Manage design deliverables and coordinate with the architectural team. Technical
