Our mission is to revolutionize how engineers design and develop products by integrating artificial intelligence directly into engineering workflows. Our flagship product, Engineering Copilot, is an AI-powered CAD assistant designed to transform natural-language engineering instructions into parametric, production-ready 3D models. By combining Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent AI systems, intelligent CAD automation, and automated engineering design-rule validation, we aim to eliminate repetitive modeling tasks and accelerate engineering innovation. We are building a globally scalable engineering technology company from Chennai. The Opportunity: Build as a Co-Founder, Not an EmployeeWe are seeking a technically exceptional, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven Co-Founder & CTO to join our founding team. This is an equity-based founding opportunity designed for someone who wants to build, lead, and own a meaningful part of a deep-tech startup. We are not simply looking for someone to manage technology. We are looking for a long-term technical partner who shares our vision and is ready to take ownership of our product, architecture, engineering execution, and technical innovation. As Co-Founder & CTO, you will work closely with the founding team to transform Engineering Copilot into a commercially viable, scalable AI-native engineering platform.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Vision & Architecture
• Own and execute the company's technology strategy and engineering roadmap.
• Architect scalable AI-native software systems.
• Lead end-to-end development of Engineering Copilot.
• Establish technical standards, security practices, and engineering infrastructure. 2. AI & Multi-Agent Systems
• Design and implement LLM-powered and multi-agent AI architectures.
• Build natural-language-to-CAD generation pipelines.
• Develop intelligent automation, reasoning, and orchestration capabilities.
• Lead AI research, experimentation, and model evaluation. 3. CAD & Engineering Integration




• Develop integrations with CAD platforms and parametric modeling environments.
• Build intelligent geometry-generation and design-automation systems.
• Implement automated engineering validation and design-rule checks.
• Ensure generated models meet practical engineering and manufacturing requirements. 4. Product Development & Engineering Leadership
• Take technical ownership from early prototypes through production deployment.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Establish development, testing, deployment, and documentation practices.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and early customers to validate product capabilities. 5. Business Strategy & Startup Growth
• Collaborate on product strategy, technology positioning, and commercialization.
• Support investor presentations, fundraising, and technical due diligence.
• Participate in customer demonstrations and strategic partnerships.
• Contribute to intellectual property development and long-term competitive differentiation. Required Qualifications
• Strong background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions or complex software systems.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud systems, and scalable infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently architect and execute technically challenging projects.
• Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Willingness to take long-term ownership of product and technology development. Preferred Expertise
• Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Python, C++, TypeScript, and backend engineering.
• CAD APIs, parametric modeling, and computational geometry.
• SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion, FreeCAD, Onshape, or similar engineering platforms.
• AI infrastructure, model deployment, and cloud architecture.
• Previous startup, technical leadership, research, or deep-tech product development experience. Equity & Compensation StructureThis is an equity-based Co-Founder position.
• Founding Equity: Meaningful ownership opportunity in Bluecoderhub,



with the percentage to be mutually discussed and agreed upon.
• Vesting: Equity vesting terms will be established through a mutually agreed founders' agreement.
• Commitment: Full-time involvement and long-term commitment to building the company.
• Cash Compensation: This opportunity is currently structured around equity rather than a guaranteed fixed salary.
• Future Compensation: Any salary or additional compensation arrangements will be evaluated based on the company's financial position, funding, and mutual agreement.
