eDiscovery Operations / Technical Practitioner Elevate is partnering with a Global professional services organisation to identify an experienced eDiscovery Operations / Technical Practitioner to support complex enterprise discovery and legal technology operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on eDiscovery professional who enjoys working directly within technology platforms, troubleshooting workflows, supporting legal hold and collections activities, and collaborating across legal, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders. Rather than a traditional project management role, this position requires an individual who can actively contribute to execution, application support, and operational delivery across the eDiscovery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day execution of eDiscovery matters and operational activities.
• Assist with legal hold, preservation, collections, processing, and downstream discovery workflows.
• Provide operational and application support for eDiscovery platforms and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process-related issues and help drive resolution.
• Coordinate with internal legal teams, IT, information security, outside counsel, service providers, and business stakeholders.
• Support enterprise data source connectivity, integrations, and application workflows.
• Maintain and enhance process documentation, standard operating procedures, and eDiscovery playbooks.
• Track operational risks, dependencies, and escalations while supporting timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and future-state eDiscovery capabilities.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Purview eDiscovery capabilities. Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, digital investigations, discovery technology, legal technology, or a related discipline.




• Practical understanding of the EDRM and enterprise eDiscovery operations.
• Hands-on experience with one or more eDiscovery platforms, such as:
• Exterro / Relativity / Nuix / Reveal / FTK
• Other enterprise discovery technologies
• Experience supporting users, workflows, applications, or operational processes within an eDiscovery environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly within systems and technology platforms rather than solely coordinating workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting or administering Exterro.
• Microsoft Purview eDiscovery experience.
• Legal hold and preservation experience.
• Collections, forensic, or investigative workflow experience.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise application integrations and data-source connectivity.
• Exposure to information governance, compliance, privacy, or regulatory investigations.
