• Own mix designs and trial mixes for all grades, including special concretes
• Test and approve incoming raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, fly ash/GGBS)
• Oversee cube casting, testing and records as per IS codes
• Handle customer quality complaints and site investigations
• Run plant calibration, quality audits and NABL/QCI compliance
• Lead and train the QC lab team
