- Time Work Mode: Remote Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Informatica Architect with deep expertise in ETL, Data Integration, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Data Governance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical and architectural experience, with a proven track record of leading enterprise Informatica implementations end to end — from requirements gathering and solution design to development, production deployment, go-live, and ongoing operational support. The candidate should also possess strong customer-facing skills, the ability to lead technical teams, and experience driving architecture discussions and implementation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Implementation
• Design scalable Informatica solutions covering ETL/ELT, Data Integration, MDM, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Governance.
• Lead the complete implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Define integration strategies across enterprise applications, databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, implementation roadmaps, and solution designs.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and resolve complex integration and performance issues. 2. Production Delivery & Operational Readiness
• Own end-to-end technical delivery and production readiness of Informatica solutions.
• Establish deployment, environment management, version control, and release management standards.
• Lead production cutovers, data validation, reconciliation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define monitoring, error handling, recovery, and operational support procedures.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of production issues. 3. Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership




• Lead customer discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and technical workshops.
• Advise customers on Informatica platform adoption, modernization, and data management strategies.
• Support presales activities, including solution proposals, presentations, estimates, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Lead and mentor technical teams while ensuring quality and delivery standards.
• Communicate technical solutions and architectural decisions effectively to business and technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 13+ years of overall IT experience with extensive hands-on experience in Informatica.
• Strong expertise in ETL/ELT and enterprise Data Integration.
• Proven architecture and implementation experience in Informatica MDM.
• Strong knowledge of Data Quality, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data Governance.
• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS), PowerCenter, or both.
• Deep understanding of MDM concepts, including data modeling, matching and merging, survivorship, golden records, and data stewardship.
• Experience leading multiple enterprise implementations through production deployment, go-live, and operational handover.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, performance tuning, and enterprise integration skills.
• Experience with deployment management, production monitoring, testing, reconciliation, and incident resolution.
• Excellent communication, customer engagement, presentation, and technical leadership skills. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Current or former Informatica Architect.
• Robust hands-on technical and solution architecture background.
• Experience independently managing end-to-end enterprise implementations.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and provide architectural recommendations.
• Capable of establishing technical standards and leading implementation teams.
