We're hiring Beauty Trainers in Gurugram ✨ Wingit Club brings luxury beauty into customers' homes. Our makeup advisors are the heart of that experience, and we need trainers who can make every one of them brilliant. What you'll do
* Train current makeup advisors on product knowledge, shade matching and application technique
* Run refreshers on new launches across makeup, skincare and fragrance
* Shadow home visits and give advisors hands-on feedback
* Uphold our standards on grooming, hygiene and customer care Who we're looking for:
* 3+ years at a premium or luxury beauty brand, with some experience training or mentoring counter teams
* Strong makeup skills, plus working knowledge of skincare and fragrance
* Good English and Hindi
