• Growth and career development opportunities Required Qualifications✅ Graduation from an accredited Nursing program ✅ Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License (required upon hire) ✅ BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire) ✅ NRP Certification through the American Academy of Pediatrics (required upon hire)



✅ Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a NICU environment Must-Have Experience
• At least 1 year of full-time NICU RN experience in a Level IV NICU
• Experience must be obtained after graduation from a Nursing program
• Clinical rotations and nursing school experience do not count toward the required experience
