Job Overview The Manager – Litigation drives measurable outcomes across Puravankara Limited’s real-estate disputes by ensuring milestone adherence, timely case assessments and filings, hearing readiness, counsel performance, and budget control. The role maintains accurate litigation MIS, ensures compliance with orders and settlements, reduces legal exposure, and leads proactive dispute-prevention reviews with business teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the company’s litigation portfolio covering land and title disputes, RERA and consumer matters, contractual claims, recovery proceedings, and other real-estate disputes, with accountability for timely and commercially viable outcomes.
• Formulate case strategy by interpreting applicable state land and property laws, RERA provisions, title and revenue records, project approvals, agreements, and relevant judicial precedents.
• Draft, review, and finalise legal notices, replies, pleadings, affidavits, petitions, appeals, written submissions, evidence briefs, and settlement documentation in coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel.




• Represent and protect Puravankara Limited’s interests before courts, tribunals, RERA authorities, consumer commissions, and other statutory or quasi-judicial forums, ensuring effective preparation for hearings, evidence, and arguments.
• Manage panel advocates and external counsel by issuing transparent briefs, reviewing legal opinions and submissions, monitoring timelines and fees, and evaluating case progress, risk, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate matter trackers and litigation MIS, assess financial and legal exposure, ensure compliance with court orders and settlement terms, and advise business teams on title, RERA, and contractual risks to prevent disputes. Qualifications
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or LLM
• 6 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in a real estate developer setup, law firm, or property advisory company.
• Strong command over state-specific land/property laws, RERA frameworks, title scrutiny, and corporate contract management.
