About The Role
We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Platform Engineer with solid expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, RHEL, and Linux system administration. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, and administering OpenShift clusters while supporting enterprise container platforms. The role also involves Linux troubleshooting, storage administration, automation, and customer-facing technical support.

Job Description
The position involves managing enterprise OpenShift environments, including cluster administration, pod management, platform configuration, and performance monitoring. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Linux internals, storage integration, and container platform operations. The role also requires experience in UNIX/Linux installation, migration, break-fix support, and automation using tools such as Kubernetes kubectl and Ansible. The candidate will work with VMware and Azure cloud platforms, address technical requirements related to scalability and security, and follow ITIL processes and implementation best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, upgrade, and administer Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
• Manage OpenShift clustering, pods, and container platform operations.
• Perform RHEL/Linux system administration, troubleshooting, migration, and break-fix support.
• Configure and manage LVM, including volume creation, deletion, and extension.
• Handle user management, system performance monitoring, and Linux internals.
• Manage SAN, storage administration,



and operating system storage integrations.
• Implement automation using Ansible and Kubernetes kubectl.
• Support VMware and Azure cloud environments.
• Identify technical requirements related to hardware, software, scalability, and security.
• Follow ITIL processes and provide customer-facing technical support. Required Skills
