Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as IT Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Roles & Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Understand client requirements and find suitable candidates for IT positions. Requirements
• Valuable verbal and written communication skills.




• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and job portals is preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and achieve targets. Salary & Working Details
•

Salary:
₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)

Experience:
6 Months – 1 Year

• Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Working Hours
