Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Kanpur, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admission process for ConsoleFlare’s data science and analytics programs. Day-to-day activities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; explaining program offerings, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes; and conducting counseling sessions to understand each applicant’s background, goals, and interests. The counselor will follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



and support applicants through application, enrollment, and payment steps. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and academic teams to improve admission processes, participating in outreach or events, and providing high-quality, ethical guidance that aligns with ConsoleFlare’s mission of career transformation. Qualifications
