G Square is looking for a Video Production & Video Editing Lead to manage video creation from concept to final delivery. You will lead shoots, oversee editing and create compelling videos that build our brand, showcase projects and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead video production for brand films, project launches, walkthroughs, testimonials and social media.
• Plan shoots, storyboards, schedules, budgets and production requirements.
• Direct camera crews, talent and production partners on location.
• Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, sound and visual quality.
• Oversee colour grading, sound mixing, motion graphics and final delivery.
• Guide editors, videographers and freelancers to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to adapt videos across platforms. What We’re Looking For




• A strong portfolio showcasing video production, direction and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve.
• Robust understanding of camera operation, lighting, sound and post-production.
• Experience creating both brand films and short-form social content.
• Ability to manage teams, production budgets and multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video production and editing.
• Experience in real estate, architecture, lifestyle or related sectors is preferred. Share your CV and showreel, including two or three relevant projects and your contribution. A showreel is required for consideration.
