Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for an Accounts Associate & Chemist. The Accounts Associate responsibilities include handling daily accounting entries, maintaining ledgers, managing invoices and billing, tracking receivables and payables, supporting account reconciliation, and assisting with basic financial reports. The Chemist responsibilities include performing routine chemical testing and analysis of water and related samples, preparing reagents and maintaining laboratory equipment,



documenting test results accurately, and following quality and safety protocols. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Account Management capabilities to manage financial data, laboratory results, and customer accounts.
• Candidates should possess transparent Communication skills for preparing reports, documenting findings, and coordinating with team members.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, ledger management, and invoicing; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Foundational laboratory skills, including chemical testing, sample handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Diploma or degree in Commerce, Accounting, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
