- 1. Impart training on domain 2. Mapping and identifying where needy underprivileged youths may be found 3. Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the interview process 4. Conducting mock interviews 5. Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments 6. Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students 7. Observe and maintain accurate and complete records of student’s progress and development 8. Counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement. 9. Groom the students to prepare them for jobs 10.

- 1. Graduate 2. Relevant experience of at least 1year 3. Professional training in Soft Skill, Behavioral and Attitude 4. Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 5. Willingness to travel to remote areas 6. Positive Communication Skills, Influencing Skills 7. Proficient in English and Hindi 8. Preferred Industry: IT
