Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running paid advertising campaigns, generating qualified leads, managing social media platforms, driving organic growth through SEO, and planning content strategies. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
· Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
· Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
· Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and understand lead quality and conversions. 2. Social Media Management
· Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts across relevant platforms.
· Plan, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content.
· Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
· Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats. 3.



SEO – On-Page & Off-Page
· Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
· Handle On-Page SEO, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, URL structure, and other website optimization activities.
· Handle Off-Page SEO, including link building, outreach, directory submissions, and other relevant activities. 4. Content Planning & Content Calendar
· Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars for social media, blogs, website content, and campaigns.
· Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content. 5. Analytics & Performance Optimization
