Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive who deeply understands the New Delhi healthcare and mental wellness market. You will represent Iksha, building and nurturing long-term professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, and corporate organizations to expand our outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain skilled relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and allied organizations to expand Iksha's referral network.
- Awareness & Outreach: Organize mental health talks, awareness programs, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions to promote our comprehensive psychological services.
- Market Intelligence:



Gather insights regarding healthcare trends and patient needs to support continuous improvement of Iksha's services.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of field visits, update the CRM database, and prepare regular outreach reports. The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Brings up to 3-4 years of proven business development or relationship management experience, with a strong grasp of the mental health/healthcare market in New Delhi.
- Possesses excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Is self-motivated, comfortable with extensive field work, and proficient in using CRM tools.
