• Charter & Travel Solutions Position: Business Development Manager We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales and business development within the aviation industry, specifically in Flight Support / Trip Support services. Candidates with established industry connections and experience in acquiring international aviation clients will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the global aviation and flight support industry.
• Generate new leads and acquire international clients, including airlines, business jet operators, private jet companies, charter operators and aviation brokers.
• Promote Jetstream International's worldwide trip support services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and service agreements.




• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at aviation exhibitions, conferences and industry meetings.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction. Candidate Requirements
• Mandatory: Proven sales / business development experience in Aviation Flight Support or Trip Support services.
• Previous experience working with an aviation trip support company, flight support provider or aviation service provider.
• Strong existing industry contacts with airlines, business aviation operators, private jet operators, charter companies and aviation brokers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire new clients and close business deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of aviation services, including overflight and landing permits, ground handling, fuel and other flight support services.
• Ability to independently manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and international aviation events. Important Note: Candidates without relevant aviation flight support / trip support sales experience are requested not to apply.
