Role Summary
We are hiring a product-minded Senior IT Product Analyst to help build and scale the
digital experiences that power the vehicle ownership journey. This role focuses on
customer engagement, AI-powered service experiences, and ownership products
across After-Sales, Ownership, Customer Care, and Service Operations.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Service, Customer Care, Legal,
and Operations teams to identify customer problems, define product solutions, and
deliver capabilities that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and
business outcomes. As part of a shared analyst pool, you will have opportunities to
contribute across multiple ownership and Sales product areas as priorities evolve.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, simplifying
complex journeys, leveraging AI to create differentiated experiences, and helping
shape the future of vehicle ownership through technology. Key Responsibilities
Own product features end-to-end, from problem definition through launch,
adoption, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs, operational
challenges, and business objectives into explicit requirements, user stories, workflows,
and acceptance criteria.
Build and prioritize backlogs while balancing customer value, business impact,
technical complexity, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to shape scalable solutions,
validate assumptions, and ensure successful delivery.
Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve products
based on customer feedback and business performance.




Product Builder Competencies

Prioritization: Manages backlogs and makes trade-offs grounded in data and

Must-Haves
7+ years of experience in Product Analyst, Product Owner, Business Analyst,
or related product roles building customer-facing digital products and
platforms.
Demonstrated experience delivering products and features in partnership with
Engineering teams.
Strong product mindset with experience managing backlogs, defining
requirements, prioritizing work, and measuring outcomes.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and participating in the development or
implementation of AI-enabled features.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business




and technical concepts into clear product requirements.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities
simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in automotive, mobility, vehicle ownership, service operations,
warranty, repair management, scheduling, manufacturing, or supply chain
environments.
Understanding of the vehicle ownership lifecycle and AfterSales customer
experiences. Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or
related platforms).
SAP experience
Experience working with conversational AI, LLM-powered assistants, agent-
assist solutions, or intelligent automation platforms.
Experience with integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, REST APIs,
and enterprise service integrations.
Experience mapping customer journeys, service experiences, and operational
workflows.
