Technical Skills Core (Mandatory)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
Strong hands-on experience in Excel VBA development - macros, event-driven programming, and process automation.
Experience developing operational or management reporting across multiple report types (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc).
Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity in reporting outputs.
Familiarity with connecting Excel to external data sources (SQL, SharePoint, CSV, APIs).
Domain Knowledge
Solid understanding of Operations processes and the reporting needs typical in an operations workplace.
Experience working in a project-driven or client-facing environment.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
Soft Skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality in deliverables.
Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills - ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Advantageous / Nice-to-Have
Experience with UiPath RPA - development, deployment, or support of automation workflows.
Knowledge of Operations Excellence (OpEx) frameworks
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or other data visualisation tools.
