Role summary We are seeking an SAP Work Zone Consultant to support the design, configuration and rollout of an SAP Work Zone instance. The role combines employee experience design, information architecture and hands-on Work Zone configuration support to create a scalable and user-friendly digital workplace experience. The consultant will work with SAP architects, security teams, platform administrators and business stakeholders to define and configure Work Zone spaces, pages, sections, navigation structures and content experiences. Key responsibilities Work Zone experience design Design the overall user experience and navigation approach for SAP Work Zone. Define information architecture, page structures and content organisation. Design landing pages and business-focused experiences. Ensure consistency across business domains and user groups.



Create wireframes and high-fidelity Work Zone experience concepts. Work Zone configuration support Support configuration of Work Zone spaces, pages and sections. Create and maintain content areas and navigation structures. Configure content presentation and user experience settings. Support role-based experience design. Support integration and presentation of Fiori applications within Work Zone. Stakeholder and delivery support Collaborate with SAP Basis, Security and BTP teams. Support workshops and design sessions. Define governance and content management approaches. Support testing and deployment activities. Document Work Zone standards and configuration guidance.
