Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with robust expertise in end-to-end recruitment across Domestic and International markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in talent identification, sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for International markets.
- Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Develop effective talent identification and sourcing strategies for critical and niche positions.
- Understand current and future hiring requirements and identify potential talent gaps.
- Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and drive offer closures.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business and workforce requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and regular hiring reports.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Provide recruitment insights and contribute to improving hiring processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / End-to-End Recruitment.
- Strong experience in International recruitment.
- Expertise in talent identification, candidate sourcing, and screening.




- Good understanding of recruitment methodologies and hiring processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
