Monitor and support Azure-based integrations and interfaces.

Investigate data-flow failures, alerts, and processing errors.

Coordinate recovery actions and root-cause analysis.

Maintain runbooks, monitoring controls, and support documentation.

MUST HAVE

Azure integration support

APIs, messaging, and data pipelines

Incident recovery and root-cause analysis

Monitoring and runbook management

NICE TO HAVE

Azure certification

ADF, Synapse, Service Bus, or MQ

D365 integration knowledge

ITIL Foundation
