Job Description:

- Develop and execute the annual risk-based internal audit plan.

- Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and process audits.

- Evaluate internal controls and identify operational and financial risks.

- Ensure compliance with applicable RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and other regulatory requirements.

- Review KYC, AML, lending, treasury, finance, and operational processes.

- Identify control gaps, fraud risks, and process improvement opportunities.

- Prepare audit reports with findings, risk ratings, and recommendations.

- Monitor audit observations and ensure timely closure of action plans.

- Manage and mentor the internal audit team.

- Present significant audit findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.
