Responsibilities

Job Description

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general department, ensuring adherence to established hospital protocols and standards.
- Conduct detailed patient assessments to determine individual care requirements and document findings accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining strict adherence to dosage and administration guidelines.
- Implement effective infection control practices to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace for patients and staff.
- Provide emergency support, including Basic Life Support, to manage critical situations promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date and reflect the current status and care provided.




- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care to promote recovery and wellness.
