Role Description As a Co-Founder at Digital Dhanda, you will play a central role in shaping the agency’s strategy, operations, and growth while working in a full-time, remote capacity. You will collaborate on defining the vision and positioning of the company, building service offerings, and refining go-to-market strategies for B2B clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing key client relationships, contributing to performance marketing strategies, and ensuring that campaigns are aligned with revenue-driven outcomes. You will support business development efforts, including lead generation, sales conversations, and partnership building with founders and decision-makers.



The role also involves contributing to team hiring, culture, and processes, and using data-driven insights to make decisions that strengthen both client results and company performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and guide performance marketing decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, and to present strategies and results clearly.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive new business, craft compelling value propositions, and support revenue-focused campaigns.
• Candidates should possess leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in building or scaling businesses, agencies, or startups.
• Experience in B2B sectors (manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, professional services, or growth-stage startups) and familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and paid media are highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to solving problems and aligning marketing with business outcomes.

Salary:
