Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented professional to join our team as an Investor Relations & Network Development Associate. This role focuses on strengthening relationships across investor networks, facilitating the exchange of investment opportunities, coordinating company introductions, and supporting ongoing engagement with syndicate partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and an interest in working within the investment and startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with syndicate partners, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate the sharing of curated investment opportunities across partner networks.
• Facilitate communication between companies and potential investors.
• Track deal submissions, partner responses, and ongoing investment opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate investor meetings, business calls, and company introductions.
• Prepare and circulate pitch decks, company profiles, executive summaries, and investment-related materials.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to track engagement and deal progress.
• Support investor communications,



email updates, and marketing initiatives for syndicated opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and prepare periodic engagement reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of investor relations and syndication activities. Required Skills
• Looking for 1-3 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Confidence in communicating with external stakeholders.
• Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Experience in investor relations, business development, partnerships, or stakeholder management.
• Exposure to venture capital, angel investing, private equity, or startup ecosystems.
• Familiarity with investment networks, deal flow coordination, or syndication processes.
• Experience working with external business partners or professional networks.
