Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with business stakeholders, production teams, supply chain teams and leadership to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate manufacturing business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions using standard and custom platform capabilities.
• Analyze and optimize workflows related to production planning, inventory management, procurement, order management, and customer service.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects,



and QA teams to deliver business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and data migration projects.
• Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights into manufacturing operations and business performance.
• Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing business units and Salesforce delivery teams. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Experience working with Manufacturing Cloud and understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, order-to-cash, and customer service processes. Preferred Skills
