• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support projects.
• Drive functional solution design, requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Provide functional leadership and mentor SAP SF consultants.
• Manage Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time Tracking implementations.
• Handle Business Integration Builder (BIB) and integrations with SAP ERP/S/4HANA using CPI/Integration Suite.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, payroll parallel runs and go-live activities. Mandatory Technical Skills
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)




• SAP HCM Payroll
• SuccessFactors Time Tracking / Time Management
• Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• SAP CPI / Integration Suite
• RBP, MDF, Business Rules and Workflows Preferred Experience
• Middle East / Saudi Arabia Payroll implementation experience.
• Solid understanding of country-specific payroll, HR and labour regulations.
• Experience in global SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Ideal Candidate A hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead with strong EC, ECP and Time Management expertise, capable of leading implementation teams, managing stakeholders and delivering end-to-end HXM solutions. Priority: Immediate joiners with Middle East Payroll experience.
