About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Professional to support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities for the fund. The role will focus on listed equities and IPO/QIP opportunities, with responsibility for conducting in-depth research, building financial models, tracking company earnings and valuations, and assessing investment theses. The ideal candidate will be able to translate detailed financial and market analysis into clear, high-conviction investment recommendations for the CIO and Investment Committee (IC).

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct fundamental research and analysis on listed companies and equity investment opportunities.
• Evaluate IPO and QIP opportunities, including business quality, financial performance, growth prospects and valuations.
• Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models.
• Track quarterly earnings, company performance, industry trends, management commentary and key business developments.




• Perform valuation analysis using relevant methodologies and market benchmarks.
• Develop detailed investment theses covering upside potential, key risks, catalysts and expected returns.
• Prepare concise investment notes and recommendations for the CIO and Investment Committee.
• Monitor existing investments and provide regular updates on performance and changes to the investment thesis.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals to support investment decisions. Skills & Competencies
• Relevant experience in listed equities is mandatory, with experience from either a Buy-Side or Sell-Side investment environment.
• Robust understanding of equity markets, fundamental research, IPOs, QIPs and valuation methodologies.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience covering companies/sectors and developing independent investment views.
• Ability to independently research companies and form high-conviction investment recommendations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, earnings analysis and valuation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Prior experience working with funds, PMS, AIFs, mutual funds, investment banks, brokerages or institutional research teams would be preferred. Good to have Qualifications
• NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) certification.
• Sector specialisation in one of the fund’s themes What We’re Looking For
