Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, supporting a growing fashion and apparel team in Mumbai. This full time, on-site role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, as well as maintaining HR policies, records, and compliance with local labor regulations. The role involves partnering with leadership to develop performance management frameworks, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities that reflect TISASTUDIO’s values and culture. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management,



while also driving HR reporting, payroll coordination with finance, and continuous process improvements to support a productive and inclusive workplace. Qualifications
• Experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation practices in India.
• Skills in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship-building across teams and levels.
• Ability to manage HR data, reporting, payroll coordination, and HR systems or HRIS tools.
• Proven experience in designing or supporting training, development, and employee engagement programs.
• Prior experience in fashion, retail, or a creative industry environment is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Mumbai in a fast-paced setting.
