You may be our new Manager-Material Management

Key responsibilities
• Develop and implement material requirement plans based on production forecasts and customer demand.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, master batches, additives, packaging materials and consumables.
• Monitor inventory levels and establish minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
• Analyze material consumption trends and optimize inventory carrying costs.
• Manage slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure timely issue of materials to production lines as per production schedules.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receipt, storage, preservation, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure proper material identification, traceability, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy and Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify opportunities for packaging optimization, waste reduction, and material cost savings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
• Lead and develop stores, warehouse, and material planning teams. You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education
• Minimum Graduate in any discipline along with minimun 10 years of experiance on similar role
• MS Office and ERP
• Must worked in the manufacturing factory.
• Must be good in Demand Forecasting
• Warehouse and audit management like ISO 9001, FSSC, BRCGS and other customer audits by the brands.
