Alphamen is looking for a courteous, organized, and proactive Recruiter to help us find great candidates and create a positive hiring experience. We’re Hiring: Recruiter Work arrangement: Fully remote

Experience:
1–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition Compensation: ₹3 lakh per annum in hand, plus an incentive for every successful hire What you’ll do
- Source and reach out to potential candidates through relevant channels.
- Review applications and conduct initial screening conversations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Keep candidates informed and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.




- Represent Alphamen professionally and treat every candidate with respect. What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- A polite, professional, and well-mannered approach.
- Valuable organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Confidence speaking with candidates and working remotely.
- Prior recruitment experience is helpful; enthusiastic applicants who are ready to learn are welcome. Work Schedule Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
