Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project Architect with solid proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in preparing high-quality architectural working drawings and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of architectural detailing, Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum1 year of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution is mandatory. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, with the ability to independently prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings.
• Strong experience in preparing working drawings, construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
• Good understanding of construction materials, building systems, architectural detailing, and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of drawing quality and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.




• Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare high-quality architectural working drawings and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, joinery details, and other technical drawings as per project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and aligned with the overall design intent.
• Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Review and incorporate inputs from consultants and site teams into architectural drawings.
• Assist in resolving technical and detailing-related issues during project execution.
• Conduct site visits, wherever required, to understand site conditions and ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and updated sets of construction drawings throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred

Experience:
Candidates with exposure to high-end residential, luxury residential, villas, bungalows, and hospitality projects will be given preference.
