Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide evidence-based physiotherapy services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of individualized rehabilitation and wellness programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, designing exercise and therapy plans, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with dermatology and wellness professionals to support integrated care. The role also involves educating clients on posture, injury prevention, pain management, and lifestyle modifications to enhance overall well-being and long-term outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Sculpt N Shine Studio in Ahmedabad,



requiring consistent in-person interaction with clients and the multidisciplinary team. Qualifications
• Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution, with relevant skilled registration or licensure as required.
• Strong skills in physical assessment, clinical reasoning, and designing individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal, sports, postural, and rehabilitation needs.
• Experience with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, electrotherapy modalities, and preventive wellness programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary setting, including dermatology, body sculpting, and wellness specialists.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatment plans clearly, build trust, and provide empathetic client support.
• Attention to detail in clinical documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Comfort working in a premium wellness environment, with a client-centric approach and professional demeanor.
• Prior experience in clinic, hospital, or wellness center settings is preferred; experience in body contouring or lifestyle/wellness programs is an advantage.
