Role Description The Video Editor/Grapher is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the team member creates and edits video content that showcases Bakeyy’s products, brand stories, and campaigns for digital platforms. Daily tasks include planning shoots, capturing high-quality product and lifestyle footage, editing videos, applying color grading, and adding graphics or motion elements to enhance visual appeal.



The role collaborates with marketing and design teams to translate concepts into engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines. The Video Editor/Grapher is also responsible for organizing media assets, maintaining consistent quality standards, and delivering projects within agreed timelines. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for product, promotional, and social media content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and visual Graphics to enhance storytelling and branding.
• Experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Understanding of social media formats, trends, and best practices for video content.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand style guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating previous video and graphic work is required.
