The firm is led by four Chartered Accountants who provide comprehensive accounting, direct and indirect tax services, including handling tax litigations up to the High Court. Role Description The CA Articled Assistant will support the firm’s partners and team in delivering accounting, taxation, audit, and advisory services to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, assisting in statutory and internal audits, and supporting direct and indirect tax compliance and filings. The role involves conducting basic research on tax and accounting matters, preparing work papers, documenting audit findings, and coordinating with clients for information and clarifications.



The position is full time, on-site, and based in Bengaluru, with structured learning opportunities and exposure to practical assignments. Qualifications
• Registered as an Article student under the ICAI and eligible to commence or continue articleship training.
• Robust foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing concepts.
• Interest in direct and indirect taxation, including compliance, documentation, and basic litigation support.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and exposure to accounting or ERP software (experience with tax and audit tools is an advantage).
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, maintain professional ethics, and work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
• Prior internship or practical exposure in CA firms is preferred but not mandatory.
